Age: Walkers – to 3 years with a parent

The Kangaroos “mommy and me class” is designed to incorporate the earliest aspects of physical fitness, enhance fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, and muscle coordination while promoting physical, mental and social development. Music, basic gymnastics movements, and games create a fun and healthy atmosphere for you and your child.

Age: 2 – 3 years

The Tadpoles toddler gymnastics class is open to toddlers who are ready to venture into the gym and follow instruction without parental assistance. This class continues to enhance your child’s fine and gross motor skills, social skills, strength and coordination through the utilization of beginner gymnastics equipment, and obstacle courses that emphasize climbing, hanging, jumping, running, and rolling in a fun and safe environment.

Age: 3 – 4 years

The Cubs preschool gymnastics class is designed to further enhance your child’s developing strength and coordination by introducing basic tumbling skills and gymnastics positions. Games, obstacle courses and music combine to create a fun and safe atmosphere.

Age: 4 – 5 years

Twisters offers the Tigers preschool gymnastics class in either a co-ed or gender-specific environment. This class is designed to create a fun, safe, and challenging experience for your child. S/he will play games, conquer obstacle courses, and learn developmental gymnastics skills with an introduction to competitive gymnastics equipment.

Typically it takes a year or more to complete the Red Level; Therefore girls who enter the White Level should be between 6-12 and must have mastered all the required skills in the Red Stars.

Typically it takes 1.5 – 2.5 years to complete the Blue Level. Students who enter the Blue Level must have mastered all the required skills in the Red and White levels to advance.

All-Stars classes are 85 minutes and are open to girls who have earned all the required stars at the Red, White, & Blue levels.

In the Grade School Boys Gymnastics Classes your son will benefit from increased physical activity and improve in areas such as strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning gymnastics skills and routines. In addition to gymnastics, our fun-filled curriculum and lesson plans include activities that help develop good character and while promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Ninja Zone is a fast paced, skill based program geared for boys on energy overload. The Ninja training will combine military style obstacle courses, gymnastics tumbling and martial arts into one fluid motion.
