Our goal at Twisters is to provide a safe and healthy environment in which our athletes will achieve fulfillment through the joy of effort and the understanding that success is not always measured in victories, but also in the joy of participation and a job well done.

Grade School Girls Classes
Typically it takes a year or more to complete the Red Level; Therefore girls who enter the White Level should be between 6-12 and must have mastered all the required skills in the Red Stars. Typically it takes 1.5 – 2.5 years to complete the Blue Level. Students who enter the Blue Level must have mastered all the required skills in the Red and White levels to advance. (*Please note: Online registration is not available for this level. Please contact our customer service team to register.)
All-Stars classes are 85 minutes and are open to girls who have earned all the required stars at the Red, White, & Blue levels.

Our Grade School Recreational Gymnastics Classes Focus on:
Improving strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun environment
Developing lifelong fitness habits
Progressive skill development on the Women’s Olympic gymnastics events (Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise)
Tumbling and trampoline skills as they relate to skill development on the Olympic gymnastics events
